About Your Trip
 I will provide you with knowledge on:
- The relationship of muskies to specific structure and applied techniques to use.
- The relationship of muskies to baitfish.
- Seasonal patterns of muskies and forage.
- The effect of weathers changes on muskies.
- The correct presentation and selection of lures for specific applications.
- The correct use of all equipment.
- The best way to handle and release the fish.
Equipment provided to you:
- Ranger 620T powered by a 115 Yamaha outboard.
- Lowrance depthfinders with Lakemaster and Navionics chips.
- KT Professional Edge 9 foot rods built on Diamondback, Edge, and St Croix blanks. The use of my rods and reels is preferred but not required.
- Shimano Calcutta 400TE/401TE and Penn 975 reels spooled with fresh 80# Cortland Spectron.
- Frabill Big Kahuna landing net and all other release tools.
- A wide selection of quality lures. I would prefer if lures were not brought, however a small selection is reasonable.
Equipment you need to bring:
- Minnesota fishing license.
- Polarized sunglasses.
- Raingear.
- The correct clothing for the time of year.
- Sunscreen.
- Camera, although a digital image from my camera can be sent to you.
- Lunch, but water will be provided.
Rates:
- One full day 12 hour trip: $350
- Two consecutive full day 12 hour trips: $675
- Three or more full consecutive days: call for pricing
- One half day 6 hour trip: $250
The rates are for up to two people. A $175 deposit is required to secure a date when booking a trip in advance.
